My 8 year old daughter and I decided to take a girl's weekend on 10-23-09. The deal on the Bahamas Celebration's website looked like a perfect fit for us. We arrived around 2:30 at Port Everglades. Once on the ship, we easily found our stateroom. It was very clean, roomy enough for the both of us and it had a beautiful view.

We ate at Gerry's Trattoria for lunch, good salads and mushroom ravioli. The service was great, very friendly attendants and a fun atmosphere. My daughter enjoyed the kids club as I went to the casino and the very entertaining show.

We arrived in Nassau as we woke up. We spent the day in Nassau, shopping and being a total tourist. Once back on the ship we pretty much repeated the night before, except we ate in the Rio restaurant. We really enjoyed our totally relaxing weekend away. Ican't wait to go again. Clean, affordable and fun.
