We haven't even left for our cruise and already have
regrets. The highlight of our cruise the "heat". Sunshine
and warmth this time of year was our reason to go on this
particular cruise. However, due to "a technical problem
with the ship's propulsion system", we were not able to go
to Grand Turk, but instead we are going to Freeport.
Freeport is much like Nassau and very commercialized.
Because we didn't purchase our airfare thru Carnival, we
would be out the cost of airline tickets if we
re-scheduled. Instead, are offered a $50.00 per person Sail
and Sign on our account. That's not even close to
compensating us. When I called customer service, they told
me that they didn't have to offer that.
CARNIVAL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will
never cruise with them again after this huge disappointment
and lack of compensation. You should reconsider when
thinking about cruising with this company. You could be in
for a disappointment.
Bottom-line: We purchase a specific cruise and did not get
what we paid for. |
