The Carnival Dream is the
newest and largest ship built by Carnival and placed in
service in the fall of 2009. Based in Port Canaveral,
the Dream sails alternating eastern and western
Caribbean 7-night cruises. The Dream offers some
new cabin styles for families, such as staterooms with
dual bathrooms and cabins for five guests. Cove
balconies are another new concept introduced on the
Dream. These staterooms, situated within the hull on
Deck 2, offer partially enclosed balconies near the
water line. With 15 decks of "fun", the
Dream features the Waterworks Aqua Park with the world's largest water slide on any
ship, an 18-hole golf course, an adult's only Serenity
retreat and much, much more.
