The Carnival Paradise, a
Spirit Class ship, at one time was the industry's only
totally smoke-free cruise ship. Due to passenger demand,
this policy was abandoned a couple years ago. When she
was refurbished in 2008 enhancements such as the
adults-only Serenity Retreat, a giant Seaside Theater at
the pool area, the Circle C space reserved for 12-14
year olds, a 9-hole mini-golf course and a specialty
coffee bar were added. As one of the older ships in the
fleet, The Carnival Paradise sails shorter 3 and 4 night Baja cruises,
perfect for first-time cruisers or those looking for a
short west coast getaway.
