The Carnival Sensation,
third of the Fantasy Class, is one of the older ships in
their fleet and even after refurbishments, maintains its
original look. Typical of Joe Farcus' more flamboyant
designs, a vibrant purple décor is carried throughout
all public areas of the ship. During its latest
renovation, the Carnival WaterWorks, Serenity the
adults-only retreat, an Atrium Bar, and 9-hole mini-golf
course were added to the ship. Carnival Sensations
staterooms also underwent a make-over with the addition
of Carnival's Comfort Beds, upgraded bedding and flat
screen TVs. This ship is excellently suited for
Carnival's short 3 and 4 night Bahamas cruise
itineraries.
