MSC Orchestra Cruise Review

We went on MSC Orchestra January 10, 2009.  We wouldn't go back on this ship again.

The ship was beautiful, but it was very difficult to order our meal and get what we ordered.  The waiter was Excellent, attentive, but didn't always understand what we asked for.  I asked for creamy garlic dressing on the side and got Italian dressing in my dish.

The food was HORRIBLE.  We complained to the Maitre D and he said he would make up a special dish for us the next night.  It was Pasta with Oil and Garlic.  The 7 of us at our table asked the waiter to come and take it away quickly as to not hurt the Maite D's feelings.  How can you mess up Pasta with garlic and oil?   I can't figure it out.

None of us enjoyed most of our meals they served.  We did get Escargot, but it was in a brown gravy, in which none of us have seen it made that way and none of us enjoyed it.

The crew needs a lot more lessons in English also.

You had to pay for the pizza at night.  The meals were limited, if you didn't get there when they were served you did without anything at the buffet.  They had food, only certain hours.

They only served Hot chocolate in the morning, couldn't get it in the evening.

That's all I can think of right now.

It was my first and last cruise on MSC Orchestra.
