We had an overall great time.
This was our first cruise so we had no idea what to really
expect. We cruised with family with prior cruise experience.
They weren't highly satisfied with our waiter or his
assistant. My wife and I thought they did pretty good. They
tried real hard to please us and especially catered to our 2
young nieces. I had nothing negative at all to say about the
ship. They were repairing a section of the track for most of
the week which was no great inconvenience. We had an
oceanview stateroom with a balcony that was spectacular. We
thought the ride was pretty smooth despite having a storm
off on a distance for most of the first night. I used the
gym everyday and you couldn't ask for more. The buffet at
the Windjammer was pretty good. Some of the food was so-so.
I wanted to eat a lot of fruit which generally lacked great
flavor or was not ripe. We had a bar waiter "LeRoy" and he
was excellent. He was so much fun and we looked forward to
seeing him everyday.
I hope he is still with RCI
and we hope to see him again. We enjoyed a little bit of
something at all the ports. We did the Sandals excursion at
Montego Bay which was nothing to write home about. We really
loved Cozumel and Grand Cayman. We had lots of fun at
Labadee.
